Moon, one day before first quarter, 26 March 2015.

A clear evening with the Moon high in the sky.  Seeing was not that good, so I decided to image in the prime focus of my Celestron 9.25 and make a mosaic.  With Firecapture, 53 sequences of 2000 frames were made with ample overlap.  With Autostakkert 100 frames from each film were stacked, then slightly cropped in Photoshop and photomerged also in photoshop into one mosaic. This mosaic was then sharpened in Registax, with final touches in Photoshop.

The image below is 50% size, below that is the 100% size.
