NGC 2392.

I allready tried this object with a long focus telescope on 22 November 1998, I you look further below you'll see that my skills have somewhat improved in the mean time...

Exposure Time L 3x5 m binning 1x1,

R: 5 m, G: 5 m, B: 10 m binning 2x2

Observing From Oostduinkerke, Belgium.
Telescope Celestron 14 @ f/11
Camera SBIG ST-8 @ -20° C
Accessories CFW8, AO-7
Acquisition Software CCDSOFT V5
Image Processing Software CCDSOFT V5, AstroArt, Photoshop
Conditions FWHM = 2 to 3 arcseconds, full moon, hazy.

22 Nov 1998. The eskimo nebula, a small bright Planetary Nebula. I hope to improve this image in the future.

Opticon 250 mm F/15 SCT, working at approx. f/9 through a Lumicon CEG. Sum of two images of 2 m exp with a ST-7.
