Sun 2005

1 May 2005.

Using a Coronado SM60 + BF15 + ToUcam II (modified B&W chip) on a Vixen ED80S refractor, I made this animated GIF showing dynamic changes around sunspots AR10756 and AR10757 in a 2 hour period. The animation consists of 18 images taken at about 5 minutes interval between 8 and 10 o'clock UT. The ToUcam avi files were recorded in QCFocus, registered and stacked in Registax V3 and further processed in Photoshop and ImageReady. The animated GIF is 3.4 mB, give it some time to load completely.
