Moon

Clavius, 30 cm newton @ F/16.5

Gassendi with 30 cm newton @ F/16.5; my best shot of the moon so far; compare it with the picture by the Apollo 16 flying around the moon

A few snapshots with the DMK BF 21 and Celestron C11 @ F/18

Mosaïc of six pictures taken with a Celestron 11 and ST-10 camera on 12 April 2008. All six pictures were composed by stacking six pics taken in the prime focus of the C11.

Moon eclips 3-4 March 2007, 11 cm APO and Canon 400D, moon about 2 sec and stars 20 sec. ISO 400.
A fabulous sight in a (large) binocular, almost 3-D. The coloured ball hanging between the stars!

With 300 mm F=1830 mm newton and ST-8300, 6 x 0.09 sec, red filter. It just fitted in the frame of the ST-8300.

With 300 mm F=1830 mm newton and ST-8300, composed of two pictures.
