Jupiter 1999

20 Aug 1999 : Jupiter, with my 250 mm f/15 SCT + Televue 1.8 Barlow + ST7a 9 at -10° C. The first image is an average of 4 exposures each of 0.2 seconds, the second the average of 9 images each of 0.5 s .

1 Sep 1999 :Yes, the image is small because I forgot to set the ST7 to high resolution, so I was imaging in undersampled conditions with 18 micron binned pixels!

250 mm f/15 SCT + TV 1.8 x barlow + red filter and 0.11 s exposure.
