Discovery:  [ CBET 5064 ]

     A. Maury reports the discovery of a comet in survey images taken on Oct. 24 UT by MAP (W94), noting a fuzzy apperance, confirming its cometary appearance on the following night by Observatorio Panameno (W95). Additional reports of cometary features are as follows:
