Discovery:  [ CBET 5209 ]

     Y. Ramanjooloo reports the discovery of a comet in three 45-second w-band survey images taken by Pan-STARRS 2 (F52) on Sep. 20 UT, noting a condensed 2".1 coma and a straight 11".5 tail at position angle 223-237 deg. Prediscovery posiions were reported back to mid-September. Additional reports of cometary
