Cbet nr. 3845, issued on 2014, April 17, announces the discovery of a comet (~ magnitude 19.1)  discovered by PANSTARRS.  I images the first time this comet while it was still mentioned on the PCCP of the minor planet center in april 16th 2014 from BRIXIIS Observatory, Kruibeke Belgium with my 0.4-m f/3.5 astrograph.
