Visual observation report:
Comet observed with a 16x50 binocular: comet pretty fast found in the neighbourhood of Hipparcos 23362 with magnitude 4.91. I found the comet with DC of about 4, but could not get a magnitude due the very low altitude, smog and disturbing moonlight
