Af(rho) parameter according the CARA-approach

Af(rho) versus aperture radius (in km) - I-Bessel filter

Af(rho) versus aperture radius (in km) - R-Bessel filter

Comet C/2014 Q2 (LOVEJOY) -   25 febr. 2015

Af(rho) versus aperture radius (in km) - V-Bessel filter

Image comet C/2014 Q2 (LOVEJOY) taken from backyard observatory, BRIXIIS Observatory with a 0.4-m f/3.8 telescope and SBIG STL6303 camera with Clear, R-Bessel, I-Bessel and V-Bessel filter. Unfortunately there  where clouds coming in so I must interrupt the imaging session, just whe I started with imaging with Clear filter. Image below is an average of stack of 2 x I-Bessel , 2 x R-Bessel and 2 x V-Bessel filter The images with the photometric filter R,I and V-Bessel are in particular for obtaining the Af(rho) parameter according the CARA approach.

Imaging session: 1x40 sec with clear filter in 1x1 binning and 2 x I + 2 x R + 2 x V with exp. Time of 45 sec each

Results of the Af(rho) parameter can you find below in this page
