Discovery (CBET 4863: COMET C/2020 S4):

Y. Ramanjooloo, Institute for Astronomy, University of Hawaii, reports the discovery of another comet in four 60-s w-band exposures obtained with the Pan-STARRS1 1.8-m Ritchey-Chretien reflector at Haleakala on 2021 Sept. 16  in seeing of 1".2-1".3 (full-width- at-half-maximum).  The comet appeared to have a very condensed coma of size 1".8 (FWHM) and a very faint straight tail about 3" long in p.a. 257 degrees
