Discovery:  [ CBET 5113 ]

     J. M. Bauer reports the discovery of a comet in survey images obtained by NEOWISE (C51) on Mar. 30 UT. He reports a diffuse 15" coma and a broad 60" tail at position angle 250 - 280 deg in 4.6 micron stacked image. Additional reports of cometary features are as follows:
