Discovery:  [ CBET 5203 : 20230110 : COMET C/2022 W2 (ATLAS) ]

     A. Fitzsimmons reports the discovery of a comet in four 30-second survey exposures taken on Nov 24. UT by ATLAS-HKO (T05), noting a condensed 13" coma.

Prediscovery positions were reported from early Nov. 2022. Additional reports of cometary features are as follows:
