MPEC 2020-U169 : COMET P/2007 VQ11 = 2020 T1 (Catalina)


comet P/2007 VQ 11 (CATALINA) has been recovered in exposures taken on Oct. 15 UT at Mount Lemmon Survey (G96).  Prerecovery observations were located in data taken at Pan-STARRS 1 (F51) in Sep. and Oct. 2019, as well as Aug. 2020 from iTelescope Observatory (H06 and Q62).  The indicated delta-T correction to the prediction, by G. V. Williams, on MPC 75708 is -1.87 days.



Observation made, while this object was still mentioned on the PCCP of the MPC, with a 0.7-m f/6 refelctor of the Telescope.Live observatory in Oria, Almeria, Spain (Z08). Observers are: E. Bryssinck, M. Rocchetto, E. Guido, M. Fulle, G. Milani, C. Nassef, G. Savini, A. Valvasori
