Observation made on june 13 , while this object was still mentioned on the PCCP of the minorplanetcenter , by use of a remote telescope from Namibia

MPEC N137: COMET P/2021 N2 (Fuls)


     D. C. Fuls reports the discovery of a comet in survey images obtained by Catalina Sky Survey (703) on July 9 UT.  He reports a very condensed 4".5 coma and a straight 4" tail at position angle 270 deg.  Prediscovery positions were reported from June.  Additional reports of cometary features are as follows:
