Discovery: IAUC 9195

Comet P/2010 WK (LINEAR) had a 15" diffuse coma on 25 December, but no tail. tail. Further observations revealed a coma up to 0.8' in size with a total brightness of 16.0m. The comet passed the perihelion of its orbit with an orbital period of 13.7 years already in mid October 2010 and is now slowly fading (IAUC 9195).
