Setting the region of interest
Sometimes users only want to process a section of an avi. In RegiStax V5 we allow the user to define a region of interest and process only that section of the AVI. Alignpoints are allowed also outside this region and during alignment/optimisation all Alignpoints will be processed. But during stacking and wavelet-processing everything is restricted to the region of interest. This will nearly always speed-up the stacking process considerably. The region of interest is set by first pressing "Region of Interest" and then drawing a rectangle on the referenceframe.
